1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Kedai88 (hereinafter "Kedai88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kedai88.cam and all associated services, platforms, products, and features (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Kedai88 Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing content, placing bets, playing casino games, or making financial transactions — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

Access to and registration on the Kedai88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform. Kedai88 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy and will terminate any account found to belong to a person below this age threshold.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or affiliate of Kedai88 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms or identified as such pursuant to any self-exclusion programme or regulatory restriction.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, are strictly prohibited.

4Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account with Kedai88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are prohibited from using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Kedai88 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You agree to notify Kedai88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported an account compromise to Kedai88 prior to the relevant activity occurring. Kedai88 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Kedai88 will conduct KYC verification as part of the account registration process and at various points during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Documents commonly requested include government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian citizens) and proof of address.

5Deposits & Payments

Kedai88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment channels, all subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Digital wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Kedai88 reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts in accordance with responsible gambling obligations or fraud prevention requirements.

All deposits must originate from a payment method legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits — funds deposited using an account, wallet, or card that does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Kedai88 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business hours, subject to the User's payment method processing times and any additional verification requirements.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This policy is maintained as a safeguard against money laundering and financial fraud. Where the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, Kedai88 may request additional verification documentation before permitting withdrawal to an alternative method.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50
• Withdrawals are processed in MYR only, unless the original deposit was made in cryptocurrency
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements before they are converted to Real Money Balance
• Kedai88 reserves the right to request a reason for withdrawal and supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests

Kedai88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of anti-money laundering checks, KYC verification, or investigations into suspected account abuse. In cases where fraud or terms violations are confirmed, Kedai88 may void all associated winnings and return the net Real Money Balance only.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Kedai88 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, refer-a-friend incentives, and other promotional offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and form an integral part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Account; any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes a terms violation
• Kedai88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, use of bots, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure

8Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the Kedai88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Kedai88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that:

• Was placed based on odds that were erroneously displayed due to a technical error or human input mistake ("palpable error")
• Was placed after the conclusion of the event or game round to which it relates ("late bets")
• Was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other fraudulent or corrupt activity
• Constitutes wash betting, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of guaranteed-profit combinations inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by Kedai88's servers shall be treated as authoritative, subject to review by the Company's trading team. All decisions made by Kedai88 in relation to betting disputes shall be final and binding.

9Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Kedai88 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Users' accounts or to Kedai88's internal systems
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or impairs the normal functioning of the Platform
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose
• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Kedai88
• Sharing Account access with any other person, whether for reward or otherwise
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature for financial gain

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance in cases of confirmed fraud), and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the Kedai88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of Kedai88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Kedai88 Platform without the prior express written consent of the Company, except as permitted by applicable law or as expressly authorised in writing by Kedai88.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kedai88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

Kedai88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's control may result in temporary unavailability. Kedai88 shall not be liable for any betting or gaming losses or missed opportunities arising during periods of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Kedai88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Responsible Gambling Obligations

Kedai88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that participation must be based on personal choice and entertainment value, not as a means of income or financial relief.

All registered Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account
• Loss Limits: Restrictions on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent voluntary exclusion from the Platform
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from the Platform without full self-exclusion

13Account Suspension & Termination

Kedai88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms or any applicable rules have been violated
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• The User is a Prohibited User or has provided false eligibility information
• A self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order is in effect for the relevant individual
• Maintaining the Account poses an unacceptable compliance, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company

Where a User Account is terminated due to verified fraud or terms violations, Kedai88 reserves the right to withhold and void all balances. Where termination occurs for reasons outside the User's control, Kedai88 will endeavour to return the net Real Money Balance to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Kedai88 customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and the resulting balance (after deduction of any non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to non-contractual obligations — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kedai88 holds its gaming licence.

Kedai88 does not represent that its Platform, products, or services are lawful in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. It is each User's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is permissible under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence. The Company specifically disclaims all liability arising from a User's non-compliance with local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The arbitration panel's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15Amendments to These Terms

Kedai88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or business practice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment is material, Kedai88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.
